Hey there mamas! I'm Jes and I am passionate about educating women on their birth options and supporting them in motherhood. As a doula, I believe every mother deserves to feel empowered, informed, and supported every step of the way. From creating a birth plan that feels like a perfect fit to offering postpartum support that lightens your load, I'm here to cheer you on, celebrate with you, and be your go-to gal for all things motherhood. My passion for all things Motherhood ignited during my teenage years, when I decided I wanted to be a Labor & Delivery nurse. Quickly realizing that the medical side of birth was not for me, I pivoted to a degree in Early Childhood Education. Although I loved worked with kiddos, I still felt such a pull towards all things pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I looked into pathways for becoming a midwife, and that’s where I stumbled upon doula work. I knew instantly that that was the role for me. I worked my way through an amazing doula training program, became certified in February 2024, and launched Raising Mothers Doula Services LLC in March 2024. I feel so blessed to be invited into the sacred space of birth and to walk the path of motherhood with so many amazing women. And I would be incredibly honored to be a part of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.
